first off, the lady wouldn’t stop calling me james even after acknowledging i was jake a few times all during check in before sitting down. i show a picture of what i want. she butchered the top of my hair. cutting out a huge chunk. does not know the first thing about a fade or tapering at all. i noticed how bad the top of my head was when i got to the car. so i went back in for a refund. the other girl offers to fix it, but i just want a refund. she says that’s not their policy. i say that’s crazy, i’d like to talk to a manager. so she goes in the back to call the manager. comes out and says nothing they can do. i say i’d like to talk to the manager. she goes on an on telling me she isn’t going to give me the managers home phone number. i say that’s not what i want, call her on this phone behind the counter that people call in on. she refuses. says to come back in 5 hours when the manager shows up. i ask for a corporate number and she says there isn’t one. so i leave and go spend more money at another barber to fix it. i will never be back to a sport clips. seems like they hire just anyone on their word that they can cut hair. and they definitely don’t know the first thing about customer satisfaction.

I was up to do my hair, and i noticed the lady had stains under her armpits, like how could you style somebody like that, and her techniques were fairly painful, it felt like she was pulling your hair. she also cut me on the back of my neck with the razor. its 2 days after the haircut and it still hurts. not only was the haircut painful, but im not happy with it, im about to take my end of year picture and when i was telling her what i would like, she was so excited and didn't even let me talk, she said she has tonsof people that come in with me haircut so i trusted her. she made my fore head BIGGER, and it was already massive. I just hope im able to wear hats at school.
